Privacy Policy — Embri

Embri is an independent software studio. This policy explains how we handle information across our websites and apps. Some apps may have app-specific privacy policies that add details; when an app-specific policy exists, it applies to that app in addition to this one.

What We Collect

We aim to collect as little as possible.

• Website: This site does not intentionally collect personal information unless you contact us by email.
• Support email: If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Apps: Data collected depends on the app. Many Embri apps store data locally on your device and/or in your private iCloud account.

What We Do Not Collect

• No selling of personal information
• No advertising tracking
• No third-party analytics by default (unless clearly disclosed inside a specific app)

How App Data Is Stored

If an Embri app uses iCloud, data is stored in the user’s private iCloud account (Apple ID) using Apple services such as CloudKit. Embri does not operate separate servers to store your iCloud app data unless explicitly stated in the app.

Payments

If an app is paid or offers purchases, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Embri does not receive or store your payment card details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share information only if required by law or to protect rights/safety.

Data Deletion

For most apps, you can delete data by deleting the app, using in-app delete features (if provided), and/or managing iCloud storage in your Apple ID settings. If you emailed support, you can request deletion of that email thread from our inbox where feasible.
