These Terms govern your use of Embri websites and apps. By accessing or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If an individual app includes additional terms, those terms apply to that app.

Use of Our Products

• You may use our apps and websites for personal or lawful business use.
• You agree not to misuse our products (for example: attempting to break security, reverse engineering where prohibited, or interfering with service).

App Store Terms

If you download an Embri app through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s terms and policies also apply. Purchases, refunds, and subscriptions (if any) are handled by Apple.

Intellectual Property

Embri retains all rights to our software, branding, and content unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute our apps or branding without written permission.

Disclaimers

Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do our best to ship stable software, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of our products.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version.
